The seafarers' International Port Welfare Partnership (iPWP) programme is an International Seafarers' Welfare Assistance Network (ISWAN) project funded by The ITF Seafarers' Trust (ITFST), TK Foundation, The Seafarers' Charity and Merchant Navy Welfare Board (MNWB).  It aims to encourage and support the establishment of welfare boards worldwide, under the auspices of ILO MLC, 20064.4.  Welfare Boards provide the forum for maritime organisations with a vested interest in the welfare of seafarers to regularly meet and support welfare services/facilities in order to improve seafarers' lives and services to shipping in ports, worldwide.  If you are interested in becoming involved in or supporting the project please visit the 'Contact Us' webpage - we look forward to hearing from you!
